Penning down reality - 0Fiction
You own a blog? Perhaps you are a creative writer or may be a poet or perhaps a story teller. Do you write about real life incidents?
Blogs (weblogs in short), are a very informative channel of information. People write about a lot of stuff be it technical, be it journalism or anything. Blogs are often a very common medium for people to pen down their feeling, imaginations and creations. And trust me, people spend more time reading blogs than they do reading books or reading news papers. Apart from writing creations and one good way of telling unsaid things out which you couldn’t do otherwise.
After Chetan Bhagat became fairly popular for his bollywood style masala books a lot of people started writing. Must say this man had an impact. Not only he increased readers but also encouraged people in writing. Not everyone can be famous like Chetan Bhagat and thus blogging was a savor. Blogging introduced people to a different community altogether. People read and write, comment on each others blog and it is like a new world altogether. Not as much as of Bhagat, but bloggers who write well do get the attention.
Your blog is a friend with whom you can share everything you want. But at times it comes to some socially unacceptable things too. One such blog has recently come up and is called 0Fiction. 0Fiction is a wonderful concept in itself. The owner of the blog Chintan Gupta, an Indian living in the UK, describes it as 0 tolerance for fiction and thus tells that the blog is all about realities of life and is filled with real life instances. There are a lot of contributors to the blog (myself being one of them) who share stories which are true. People have shared their emotional, funny and some dark experiences on the blog.
